Hi all. It’s 1am here and I am a bit tired so this will be
short. We will be dedicating this entry to Cade and Coby.
Hi boys! Tiger was the animal I was thinking of. Tigers
are a special animal in China. People like to have
pictures or statues of tigers by their front doors to
scare away bad luck. The people in China also really seem
to like birds. We went on a mountain today called White
Cloud Mountain, and they had birds in special cages all
over. We even saw a bird show that you would have loved!
There were macaws, mynas and parakeets. The birds all did
crazy tricks like ride a tiny bicycle, play basketball,
rollerskate. The myna bird could meow like a cat. It was
so silly! Mommy and daddy kept saying how we wished you
boys could be there with us to see it. Lucy was not very
interested. She slept through most of it. Your sister is
doing good and drinking more from her bottle. She likes it
when I mix in yogurt drink with her baby milk. Maybe that
is something you and daddy can shop for before Lucy and I
get home. You like those yogurt drinks too! Guess what her
favorite thing in the whole world is… a towel. It is a
white washcloth and she takes it everywhere we go and even
sleeps with it. I have no idea why. She must be a little
bit crazy like her mama. And she has two favorite games.
One is “hit mommy in the head with a stacking cup” and the
other is “drop something on the floor, wait for mommy and
daddy to pick it up, then drop it again and again and
again and again…..” Daddy and Lucy are sleeping and mommy
needs to go to bed now. We miss you boys and are very
proud of you for being so good everyday! The animal I am
thinking of today has a pocket and hops. What is it? We
LOVE you both!!!!!!! |
