Ellen is doing very well! She is loving her brothers and sister and they are all great at making her smile and laugh! Gramma, Tara, Elen and I went shopping today. Ellen had her first ride in a baby carrier and seemed to really like it. She kicked her legs and flapped her arms while we walked and smiled at everyone who talked to her.

Jason, Connor, Spencer and Babop also had a great time shopping at Wal-Mart. Yes, there is a Wal-Mart in Hunan province in China and they even sell sushi there...hmmm...Wal-Mart sushi..I'm not sure about that.

Gramma and I had a treat this afternoon. While Ellen and Jason napped and the kids watched a DVD, our guide took us to get a chinese massage. They served us watermelon and soup and gave us a great 1 hour massage. And get this, it cost $3.50 US dollars-wow!

Ellen is eating well and getting around much better today. Every day she seems to get less shy and is showing more of her fun personality.

Tomorrow is a big day. We were invited to visit Ellen's orphanage in the morning. We are very lucky as many people do not get to do this. I hope Ellen does OK, she seems to be attaching to us so well I wonder how this will affect her. I'm anxious to see where she spent her first year of life. I'm also looking forward to meeting some of the nannies that took care of her. I'm sure there will be a lot to report.
