OUR ITINERARY Thursday 12/5: Depart Los Angeles at 11:00AM (Jason's birthday...what a great birthday gift!) Friday 12/6: Arrive Beijing, China 4:40PM Saturday 12/7: Visit Tian An Men Square, the Forbidden City/Imperial Palace and The Great Wall (Also this day is Kaden's 2nd birthday. We won't have him in our arms yet, but will be in our thoughts and prayers. We are ordering a birthday cake to be delivered to his orphanage on his birthday since we can't be with him) Sunday 12/8: Fly to Nanjing City -where Kaden lives (but still don't get to see him yet) Monday 12/9: "Gotcha Day"-Finally get to go to civil affairs office and meet Kaden Qi Alcala! From this point forward, he stays with us at the hotel Tuesday 12/10: Go to civil affairs office and do registration and notary; Visit Kaden's orphanage Wednesday 12/11: Visit Ming Emperor's Tomb Thursday 12/12: Visit Zhan Yuan Garden Friday 12/13: Fly to Guangzhou Saturday 12/14: Medical checkup for Kaden Sunday 12/15: Visit Shamian Church Monday 12/16: Visit Guangzhou Zoo Tuesday 12/17: Bus to US consulate to take oath and visa paperwork Thursday 12/19: Bring Kaden HOME!
