Today we flew from Chongqing to Guangzhou—Bria’s first flight!
She did very well until we started to descend, and I think it
hurt her ears. We were able to hear just how loud she can
cry—she has a great set of lungs!
We are now at the White Swan Hotel and it is unbelievable! We
have never stayed anywhere this nice before. There is a
beautiful waterfall inside the hotel with lots of Koi fish that
Kaden and Bria love to watch. The service is incredible, and our
room is amazing as well (we have 2 bathrooms)!
After naptime, we went shopping outside of the hotel. Wow! We
found many great deals and lots of wonderful souvenirs! The
people here are very friendly, and we are having a great time
seeing all of the other babies who are going back to America as
well. Guangzhou is where the American Consulate is located, so
all Americans adopting from China have to end their trip here.
We are wishing we had more time here—it is beautiful!
Bria is still doing wonderful! She loves to be held and wants as
much attention as possible. We are more than happy to give her
both! She loves to eat and voices her opinion if you do not feed
her fast enough or if you run out of food. She loves her toys,
but her favorite entertainment is her big brother! |
