Nov. 16 (Fri) – 17 (Sat) Tours to the Great Wall, Summer
Palace and Forbidden City.
Nov. 18 (Sun) Beijing to Nanchang--arrive @ 1:55 Stay at
Gloria Plaza Hotel (5 nights); FAMILY DAY!;
Afternoon: Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Jiangxi
Province to meet Delaney LuMei and Abrielle LuLa!
Nov. 19 (Mon) Go to the Civil Affairs Bureau of Jiangxi
Province to complete the adoption! Go to the Notary Office
to complete notarization procedure
Nov. 20 (Tue) – Nov. 22 (Thu) Tour may be arranged and
will be optional. Free time available if not touring;
Pick up all notarized paperwork
Nov. 23 (Fri) Pick up their passports then fly to
Guangzhou—Arrive at 4:55 pm
Nov. 24 (Sat) Have visa picture taken and medical exam
performed for your child
Nov. 25 (Sun) Tour may be arranged and will be optional.
Free time available if not touring
Nov. 26 (Mon) FTIA coordinator submits the visa
application documents for you to the U.S.
Consulate. Tour may be arranged and will be optional.
Nov. 27 (Tue) Group-oath taken at the U.S. Consulate;
Receive the girls’ visas
Nov. 28 (Wed) Fly from Guangzhou to Tokyo—Departs @:
8:30am
