Tuesday, January 8, 2013 Today was a much calmer day. We started out with morning cuddles and my obsession with taking videos every 2 minutes. We were then off to breakfast and a 9:30 am meet up time for a trip to Wal-mart. Jiangxi province has 4 of the largest Wal-mart stores in the world. We got some needed baby supplies and then went to lunch at Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is very different here but to have some familiar pizza was nice (especially for Jay)! After the Wal-mart trip, the 4 of us ventured to the pool at the hotel. The pool is beautiful and Libby made it in with me for a couple minutes. She had the death grip going the entire time. She seemed a little too nervous so I took her out and we watched Brynn and Jay swim. After that we had some fun just watching her personality unfold. She’s funny and a very happy baby. She smiles a lot and is reacting when we say “Libby”. Her favorite thing to say is “Da Da” and she loves Jay’s facial hair. Very interesting! We settled in for a relaxing night. Jay and Brynn watched Monsters Inc., and Libby and I slept! I am amazed every minute of this journey. I love evidence that God is everywhere.
