Wednesday, May 29, 2013 Another wonderful day of touring the incredible city of Wuhan. After breakfast, we met our guide, Lilly, to go and visit the Hubei Provincial Museum and listen to a concert afterwards and it was awesome. Grayson really loves music. He was quite fussy and had finally fallen asleep right before the concert (like maybe 10 minutes before) but woke up when we had to go outside to get to the concert hall. He was completely satisfied while listening to the music. The concert was wonderful and we were allowed to video so we will be able to share this when we come home and it will be a wonderful keepsake for Grayson when he is older. We stopped at McDonald's for lunch and Grayson got his first chicken nuggets. Just like all of the other food he has eaten, he loved these too and ate all four. We are loving that he is a non-picky eater. We came back to the hotel and he once again allowed Mama and Daddy to rest for 3 hours and we once again had to wake him up. The afternoon was spent in our room. He played and played. We even had a picnic on his blanket on the floor with Teddy Grahams, Gold fish crackers, and diluted apple juice. What really more do you need right? He is a beautiful child and Tony and I could not feel more blessed. Tony said to me at dinner tonight, " I still feel like it isn't real... like it is a dream...are they really going to let us leave with him?" I feel the same way. I hope you enjoy some of the pictures of him today and some from yesterday. You will see him eating his chicken nuggets, holding Daddy's iPhone (listening to Barry Manilow, Amy Grant and Cher...LOL).... trying to "get into" Mama's hat.... enjoying his blanket for the first time (literally... I laid it in the floor... he goes over to it and lays down like you see him in the picture as if to say...Oh my this feels good...so absolutely adorable)...you will also see him trying his hat on for the first time and asleep at the museum today.
