Thursday, May 30, 2013 Wow another cool, rainy day in the beautiful city of Wuhan in the Hubei province of China. We woke up early to visit the Yellow Crane Tower, a very old and famous building here. It was so awesome! Grayson loved it. He did a great job until it became his nap time and then of course he was fussy. As soon as we got back into the car he went to sleep. Our guide took us to a restaurant where we had the opportunity to eat soft shell turtle and Eel.... however we did not indulge in this opportunity. LOL Instead we feasted on fish, fried pork dumplings, Lotus stem, broccoli, Papaya Juice, spiced roasted peanuts, watermelon, Millet Congee, and rice. I was so delicious. On the way back to the hotel, Grayson woke up and did not continue his three hour nap pattern. Instead, we had the blessing of playing with him all afternoon. He is such a wonderful little boy, he loves to play by himself and just makes sure every now and then that you are paying attention, He will walk over to the bed where I am sitting and just raise his arms into the air as if to say.. now... Mom.. I am ready to be picked up now! I gladly obliged each time. :-) Later this evening we went to the restaurant here in the hotel where Grayson had steamed eggplant, tomatoes, cucumbers, french fries (which his Dad kept slipping to him...LOL) green beans and rice. Thank you all so much for your comments on the guest book page on the web site. We read each one and are so appreciative of so many people pouring out their love on our family,,, especially our newest member. We are so looking forward to you all meeting him and him meeting you all.
