About Chloe Jun Li
"An invisible red thread
connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time,
place, or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle, but it
will never break." - Chinese proverb
We received the wonderful news at 3:15 p.m. on December 1, 2006
from CCAI that we had a beautiful baby girl. Her Chinese name is
Nan Jun Li. Jun means gentle and Li means beautiful.
She was born on December 22, 2005. She currently lives in the
Maonon District Social Welfare Institute, in the city of Maoming,
in the Guangdong province.
As of September 19, 2006, she weighed 16.5 lbs. and was
28 inches tall.
Chloe Jun Li has a ready smile, loves toys that make sounds,
listens to music, and watches TV. She loves to tear paper, is a
deep sleeper, and, as you can tell, is a good eater!
We will travel to China January 7th - 24th to bring
our little angel home. Our Gotcha Day, when we
receive Chloe, is January 11th. We are very blessed!
