Tuesday, November 30, 2010 HELLO FROM GUANGZHOU! We have been having a great time here. Lots of shopping. Lots of coloring and hanging out. Lots of laughing. Some crying. Some jealousy issues. Some homesickness. And loads of time together. : ) We took our Oath at the Consulate this afternoon and had our photos taken for the French National Geographic magazine. Tonight we are meeting our group at the White Swan hotel to take the traditional "red couch" photo. Other then that, we are ready to come home. Enjoy the photos!! We miss you all. From Sammy: I got to go to the place where they held the Pan Asian Games here in Guangzhou. It was pretty amazing. There were tons of flowers everywhere. The tallest building in Guangzhou is also there. It was crazy tall. We had to go to the US Consulate- and take an oath that everything my parents wrote in all of their paperwork was true. There were 33 other families there with their babies and children they were bringing home to America. They were so cute. Lauren is funny. She calls me Ge Ge Sammy now. OK! We are going out now. Talk to you later. oh! I can't wait to see the Christmas decorations in our classroom! BYE! From Katie Mei: I am having fun here. There are really cool shops on a little island called Shaimin Island. It is really cool. I am happy that I have a sister. I am ready to come home!! See you later.
