We are John & Madeleine. Our story
started back in January 1985 the moment we both said “I DO”. 9
months later, to our delight, our first son was born! Lance is
now 23 and engaged to our precious future daughter-in-law,
Heather.
3 years later, our daughter was born and though we thought we
couldn’t have been happier, we were wrong! Chloe is now 20. She was married on the 4th of July,
2009, to our dear son-in-law Josiah, a young man for whom we are
so very thankful.
Enjoying the first 2 so much, we couldn’t wait to see what the
next one would bring. And so we waited and waited and waited.
Samuel showed up 10 years later to the astonishment to the
doctors, family and friends. And, yes, even to us, for we had
given up.
That was 10 years ago.
We are a Christian, homeschooling family , that enjoys the
outdoors, books, board games, the NY Mets, NYC, museums, a good
game of wiffle ball, spending time with friends, and all that
life has to offer in HIM.
