Micah, being so tired from the flight cried and wanted to be held for most of the appointments. There were 3 different doctor stations we had to visit. He made it through all of them but got away with taking the baby rattle from one of the doctors. We saw our group from all Gods children but it was only one other couple. The other couple is from Louisiana. They are very nice and have a new son near Micah’s age.

The rest of the day was spent shopping for Chinese outfits and finding all the good restaurants in the area. We found a park down the street and were amazed to find a star bucks so we had to stop. It was similar to the states and even had your typical guys on the computer and families hanging out and resting with all the babies.

Later on we went back for the usual afternoon nap and found a Chinese restaurant down the way for dinner. This place was our first restaurant that we have been were we were without our guide. Luckily there was an English speaking manager to help us. But we ordered several things because of the way the cook the food isn’t the same as we like it. We headed back in the rain again. Yes, it’s raining here as well. It’s the coldest weather they have had this year I think. Anyway, at least we have new rain coats and plenty of umbrellas.
