Story
Deng, Qin was found on January 9, 2002 and taken to the
Chongqing Child Welfare Institute. Her birth date is estimated
as May 21, 2001. She is blessed to be living with her foster
family from September 2006 until now. Prior to her foster home
placement, she lived at the Chongqing Child Welfare Institute.
Her paperwork to register her for adoption was completed in July
2008. She appeared in the Great Wall China Adoption Waiting
Children’s Newsletter as an “Angel In Waiting” on March 9, 2009.
We requested to be her family on March 11, 2009 after receiving
her file on March 10, 2009. Opal will soon be part of our
forever family.
As Described By Her Caregivers
Deng Qin whose face usually has ready smile, is shy, but is
sensible and is very adorable. At home, she is a good child who
often help foster mother, she can take care of herself, she
usually washes clothes, sock and washes face, make bed, has
meals and goes to restroom alone. She is polite and can get
along with other children.
She usually plays games with other foster sister and brother.
She likes to build block with foster sister best, the happiest
time for her is when built her block highly. She also liked to
play doll, she is a warm-heart girl, often helps other children
do some things she can.
Deng Qin has extensive interests and hobbies, she likes watching
TV, singing songs, dancing etc. She likes to play in the
amusement park. She was excited and happy when she was here.
Deng Qin would like to be adopted by foreign family, when we
asked her whether she would like to be adopted by foreign
family, she was very happy and said “I would like a family, I
would like to be adopted, and I want my own father and mother.”
Deng Qin has been taken care of by this institute without bad
habits, has well quality, and lives up to the relative regular.
Her height, weight, head size and chest size are in the lower
levels. Now her height is 39.4 inches, weight is 31.9 lbs, head
size is 18.91 inches, chest size is 20.49 inches and foot size
is 5.91 inches. (This is as of her update on March 17, 2009)
Deng Qin has good habits in eating pattern, she eats almost
everything you give her, she is in good health, she loves to eat
a variety of fruits and snacks.
At home, Deng Qin respects the elders, she is very considerate,
she is cute. We hope she can be adopted by a kind and lovely
family, make her a forever home, to grow up healthily and
happily.
