Ella was brought to the orphanage when she was 51/2 months old. She had a minor congenital heart disease called Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) which is a small hole in the heart. Ella was operated on when she was 2 ½ years old and at last report she is in great health. We will have her evaluated by a pediatric cardiologist when we come home.
