We sent a care package for your birthday and we got these sweet
photos of you. They broke my heart as it was a milestone I felt
I was missing your 2nd birthday…we will celebrate 2 ½ when you
get home and we will have so many milestones to share
together…we are just so glad you had your foster family to love
and care for you when we were so far away.
