IT'S
OFFICIAL!!!
Zhu Ting Ye is now our legal daughter, Chloe Faith Ting Ye. She
is forever part of our family. We love her to the moon and back
a million times around!
We had to wake Yetz up this morning to get ready for our Civil
Affairs appointment. I hated to wake her since she had so little
sleep, but when she awoke, she was all smiles. She has been
doing great so far today. Hopefully tonight will be a little
better than last night. We are trying to call her Chloe now
because she didn't really seem to answer to Yetz, Yetzu, or Ting
Ye anyway. Talk about identity crisis! Both Min and the
orphanage AD seemed to think she acknowledged them when they
called her Yetzu, so maybe we just don't have the right accent.
She has only taken 1 bottle so far today. I don't think I am
getting her bottle to her liking yet. The ratio they instructed
me on yesterday cannot be right. It sets up like cement in her
bottle. It is taking a lot of trial and error. You wouldn't
think it would be that hard!
Right now she is taking a nap. Elijah and Whitney want to go
swimming when she wakes up. I think they just want to wear their
new swim caps - Lol. It is Chinese law to wear them in the pool.
