Saturday, February 20, 2010 We can hardly believe it's been 2 months already that Sabrina has been in our lives and yet it sometimes feels like we have known this little girl a lot longer! It's hard to remember our lives "PS" - "Pre-Sabrina"!! I started back to work February 1st. It has been hard leaving Sabrina so many hours a day. I am so thankful that Scott is able to work from home and watch Sabrina - it gives me such peace of mind! Sabrina continues to settle in to being a Shust! Each day she gets calmer and cuter! We are doing all we can to make her feel safe and secure. Her vocabulary is taking off. She counts to 10, knows a lot of colors and some letters. We are trying to get into the routine of school but with all the snow we've had and delays and cancellations, it's been tough. We're hoping to get back to a consistent schedule and routine. This girl loves all things Disney! She looks at pictures and videos of Disney with Cam over and over. She says she is going to hug each of the characters and get her picture with them. We'll see if that holds true when we go to Disney in June! She gets so excited and we can't wait to experience her first trip to Disney World with her! She also knows her birthday is coming and she practices blowing out the candles when we sing Happy Birthday to her. We are looking forward to celebrating her 6th birthday with her and family in March! We look forward to next month and all the new experiences and joy it will bring with Sabrina! We look forward to sharing it with you! We'll post again in March when Sabrina is 6! Wow!
