“Once you are a
butterfly
You can (Really) Love -
The kind of love that makes life new.”
From - HOPE FOR THE FLOWERS

I’m told that
Malia’s favorite activity is take the hand of another and walk -
unclear whether she can walk alone at this time or will be able
to do so by the time we reach China? But, I pray that she
never loses that desire to take the hand of another - as I don’t
think we are meant to walk alone on this journey of Life. She apparently has a restless spirit,
is a tad obstinate, cries easily
yet can be easily comforted with hugs and singing . . . hmm - for
those who know me well . . . how better to describe her Mom?
By all indication and paper work, Malia is a thriving and
“lovely child”! She is certainly reaching an age of wild
exploration with the world. She will no doubt help me cross-train on all levels of human endeavors!

I hope
you will follow our journey in China with lots of
good thoughts,
prayers for travel mercies and safe
return HOME!
AND . . . get YOUR HAND ready . . . To Walk with Malia!

Malia was born in the “Year of the Rooster” Chinese
Astrology believes that roosters are organized, excellent
time keepers and hard workers. They are faithful as friends,
and very strongly family oriented. Despite this they can be
somewhat headstrong, but deep down they are, by nature,
conservative and old fashioned despite their extroverted
personality. Roosters tend to live for the moment. They are
certainly not shrinking violets, and are easily spotted in a
crowd. Roosters build castles in the air, but once they find
a task that fits their temperament, nothing stands in the
way. |
